Lagano (developer: Lagano) lets you permanently delete your
account and all associated data at any time. You can do this directly inside the app,
or request it by email.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (instant)
Open the Lagano app and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab and scroll to the bottom.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm. Your account and data are permanently deleted immediately.
Option 2 — Request by email
Email privacy@joinlagano.com from the
email address linked to your account with the subject "Delete my account".
We action verified requests within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Your profile (name, email, photo, bio, city, birthdate, languages).
Your matches, conversations and messages.
Bookmarks, coaching messages, mood check-ins, reflections and saved starters.
Any stories you submitted, and your moderation/report/block records.
All login sessions.
What is kept, and for how long
Selfie verification images are not retained — they are deleted
immediately after manual review.
We may retain minimal records required by law (e.g. safety/abuse reports needed for
legal compliance) for up to 90 days, after which they are permanently removed.
Delete some data without deleting your account
Inside the app you can remove individual items (messages, saved starters, stories) at any
time, or email privacy@joinlagano.com to request
deletion of specific data while keeping your account.
