These terms cover your use of the Lagano website and waitlist at joinlagano.com. By joining the waitlist you agree to them.
1. Acceptance
By using this site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist reserves your place in line for early access to Lagano when it launches in your city. It is not a purchase and does not guarantee a spot in the app or a launch date.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to join. By joining you confirm that the email you provide is yours and that the information is accurate.
4. Referrals
You may share your personal invite link to move up the waitlist. Please share it only with people you know, and do not spam, buy, or use bots to generate sign-ups. We may adjust or remove positions gained through abuse.
5. Acceptable use
Please do not misuse the site — for example by trying to break its security, scrape data, submit other people’s emails without permission, or use the AI Conversation Coach to create harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
6. The AI Conversation Coach
The Coach is a demo that suggests friendlier phrasings of a message. Suggestions are generated automatically, may not always be accurate, and are provided for guidance only.
7. Intellectual property
The Lagano name, logo, content, and design are ours. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
8. No guarantee of launch
Lagano is in development. We may change, delay, or discontinue features, cities, or the app itself. Nothing here is a promise that Lagano will launch in any particular place or at any particular time.
9. Third-party services
The site relies on third parties such as our email and hosting providers. We are not responsible for their services beyond our own reasonable control.
10. Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lagano is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or waitlist.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
